Thanking all of you who read my blog, follow me on Facebook and other social media, and are generaly awesome humans. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
My blogging has been dismal, I know. It’s because I spent the last 13 months writing and editing Food & Nutrition: What Everyone Needs to Know (Oxford University Press), coming in September 2018. Stay tuned!
Until then, it’s a great day to share with you a photo of Ireland from our 2004 trip to wish you a Happy St. Paddy’s Day. And to encourage you to check out you my recipes for Irish Soda Bread and Irish Brown Bread, should you find yourself looking for authentic tastiness bursting with whole grain goodness. These are two treats I fell in love with during my first restaurant job in an Irish Pub at the tender age of fifteen, which you can learn about if you wish—and, more importantly, bask in a few more gorgeous photos of the Emerald Isle.
