Hi Dr. P.K. Newby,
I just picked up a copy of your “Superfoods” book. I picked up the book because I have MS and am looking to understand food better and eat healthier. I am so happy I purchased it. The book provides a great source of information. It inspired me to go to your website and find more information and recipes. I am now a devoted fan! I admire your commitment and years of work – it gave me a true sense of hope! Thank you!!!
You are so very welcome, Sylvia, & thank you so much for taking the time to write. I’m delighted to hear this & wish for you a healthy (and tasty!) year. All the best, PKN
Hi Dr.Newby!
My mom and I recently read the National Geographic “Superfoods” magazine. We love it! We were inspired by all of the healthy food items in it that we created these healthy chocolate berry clusters with some of the fruits we had in our kitchen. We combined blueberries, pomegranate seeds, cranberries, coconut, and organic granola. Next we mixed it with melted dark chocolate, then let it harden in the freezer. They turned out really well and super delicious. I wanted to share this dessert inspired by the magazine. I wrote about it in my blog and I also acknowledged your name and website, so anyone who views my post can check out your site. Please check it out (https://allureofaysia.wordpress.com/2016/02/14/guilt-free-desserts/)
Thank you for sharing! 🙂 Cheers, PKN
